Pathetic service from Santam

Good day

I am a very disappointed client of Santam Insurance. Why do we take insurance to get help when needed when we face with heavy storms and hail. I put a claim through for the second time and twice they are saying maintenance.

They give the worse service They don’t answer their phones Allways different people answering calls They don’t return calls Their lines are bad Please don’t take insurance with Santam When it comes to claims they turn on the client and they don’t pay.

I have car Insurance as well as house hold and building. I am going to cancel my Insurance with Santam.I am fed up with the run around they giving me.Their give pathetic service I wouldn’t recommend any one to take insurance policies from Santam.
