Pathetic Service form Santam

Santam client drove into our car, we submitted all the necessary documentation, a year later, we are still trying to get money to repair our vehicle. there is no excuse for such terrible service from a company that claims to be Good and Proper, and efficient. I've never had such terrible service, and i've had insurance for many many years, and fortunately only had to claim a few times. but this is why i will never insure with Santam.
