Pathetic service

Good day

I'm am a client of santam insurance. Iv been with them for 4 years with no claim history at all!!

2 weeks ago was my first call to them regarding a claim.

The service treatment was utterly disgusting, poor people skills and incompetence.

I have been without a fridge for about 2 weeks now

Everytime I call the matter is being escalated with no one phoning me!!
