pathetic service
i wanted to register a claim for my vehicle and heard the excess is R60000.So i cancelled it. i called back to your company and asked for the access to be R5000 Effective 01 December. R60 0000 is alot of money to pay. i am happy with the R5000 excess and can only register this on the 01 December as this is when i can afford it. i need management to look into this matter.
