Pathetic Service

I'm trying to find out if I can claim for an electrician and a plumber. Customer care put me through a roller coaster ride. When I questioned the customer care assistant about this she put the phone down on me. This is the second time that this has happened. I have phoned about 3 times now and each time I have been unsuccessful. It's appalling service and completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. I have still not been assisted.
