Pathetic service and worse insurance I ever had

Been struggling with my claim it will be exactly 2 months tomorrow !! They provide an assessor that is situated in jhb who never answers his phone but I’m situated in Cape Town, how the hell does that evens make sense, the contractor that they sent out is pathetic and didn’t evens do proper inspections!! Worse insurance ever!! Don’t evens consider them
