Pathetic service and useless consultants

Satam is insurance ****. Don't ever take any insurance with them. My wife was involved in a minor incident and they have held my car ransom for 5 weeks and caused more damages on my car whilst in their custody. To Date my car is not fixed and has further damages which they ignore and best is they only give response on Fridays before they close. I have give them until Monday then I will disclose all names and shame the useless people
