Pathetic service

I’ve had a really horrible experience with Santam my car was taken in for a repair on the 15 Dec 2021 and when I eventually went to fetch it on the 15 Jan 2022 it was in a worse condition than I had left in, and my car was stripped parts while it was in the storage service provider Nu Wagon and now I’m left without a car and I can’t move around
