Pathetic service

I contacted Santam Bureau Disputes November 2019, to update my credit profile because I cancelled my policies with them 20 May 2019. It still not removed, they constantly contact me for new business but who wants to deal with a company that cannot even do something simple. They blame the Credit bureau for having a backlog, but for almost a year? I do not believe that. They advised me to contact all bureaus to update the info...really?
