Pathetic Service

I recently did a vehicle insurance quote with Santam but did not accept it as they required 2 tracking devices on my vehicle. Shockingly after declining the quote they still proceeded to debit my account. The service experienced by Zaakiyah Carelse was appalling and pathetic. I was told my refund would take 11 working days which is ridiculous. They easily take your money *****ulently, do not admit liability even though calls are recorded and take their time to refund.

I would not recommend Santam to anyone. Bunch of ******* and should not be trusted. Stay away from this insurer...they will rip you off.
