Pathetic service
i have tried to claim twice from Santam and both times my claims were rejected. its all good and well when they receive payment but when its time for the client to claim they find every excuse in the book to reject the claim. This is unacceptable and ive had it, changing insurance companies. Really thought they were different but they they just talk a big game.
