Pathetic Service
On the 12th June 2023, I submitted a storm claim and an assessor was appointed same day. A contractor came same day to access the damage. On the 15th they submitted their report to Santam. Until today I have not received any feedback from Santam, I tried several times to contact the assessor that was appointed to the claim without any luck. I am very disappointed with the level of service I am getting from Santam. They just don't care about their customer, it is actually disgusting.
