Pathetic Service

Where is Felicia Toll? I cant get hold of her to settle my claim and have explained my situation with a broken pool pump. I have left messages for her to return my calls but no response.

Please give me someone else to assist.

Really pathetic service and I hardly claim and my bill is paid on time every month for years.
