Pathetic Service

i filed for a claim for my windscreen on my car which was replaced. The workman that Santam instructed scratched the paint of my vehicle. The problem i have the windscreen is fitted what about the paint scratched on my car.Which could rust after a while. This is not acceptable and i refuse to pay if this is not my fault
