Pathetic service

<p>My mom and dad was traveling and the wheel of their caravan burst. They called santam for assistance, 10h00pm and they informed my parents that they can't assist as they don't have wheels available. This is atterly pathetic. After the telephonic discussion with santam my dad decided to travel to the nearest engin to get the wheel fixed. He traveled for an hour on the rims. This is unacceptable and I will not recommend sanlam to anybody.</p> <p> </p> <p>Santam</p>
