Pathetic Service

I called into the call centre to enquire about my insurance. The amount i am currently paying is R1900. i have my wife down as a secondary driver on my vehicle. i explained to the consultant that R1900 is alot of money to pay on insurance. i asked the consultant is there anyway i can revert back to my premium i originally took out oF R608, she said no. i understand if my wife is a secondary driver it might go a bit up which is understandable. If you guys cant assist a client or take a client seriously i will take my buisness to Budget Insurance. i leave this in your hands and if i am not satisfied i will leave Santam and move to Budget Insurance.R1900 for insurance on a vehicle is ridiculous. You guys can rip people off but i am sorry not gonna happen to me. You either accommodate me or i move to Budget Insurance
