Pathetic road assistance
The worsk experience with Santam. I hit a pothole on the 13th of June and my car got damaged. Santam agreed to tow me to the nearest now where i can get a tyre which is Louis Trichardt but when i got to Louis Trichardt, couldn't find a tyre for my car. Now they are saying that their road side assist only covers 50km radius and i will have to pay for the difference.
This is a useless product. Pathetic insurance company

No one even bothered to get back to me. I am going to report this to the ombudsman because roadside assistance is part of the agreement, while I search for another insurance company. I am going to spread the word, I will also recommend that my company cancels my policy with Santam. Not happy at all.?
