Pathetic Outcome!!

horrible company!

My sister had an accident with 1 of Santams clients. Santam now does not want to pay. My sister has a case number, their client never came to the police station in edenvale where the accident happened to make a statement. Are they not supposed to have a case number? How did Maurisha Pikaan come to the conclusion that my sister does not have to be paid?? When THE ladies family came to the scene to fetch her, they all agreed she was at fault beacause she confessed and everyone was present and heard her. How come people can just change statements?
