Pathetic

Very difficult to become a new customer with santam, they dont like to call you back at the correct times, finally i got a quote telephonically, i asked to be called on a certain day and time, they called once at the incorrect time and i missed the call. They never bothered to try and contact me again. I was going to accept the quote but clearly they dont need any new customers. I cant imagine what existing customers have to go through with this company. Santam is clearly not insurance thats good and proper!
