pathetic customer service

i am a client with santam my name is brendan and i must said their servuce is pathetic ,my debit order didn't go through and i urgently need to make oaymwnt but no one is contacring me a month or 2 ago i sent a calk back request for something else and till this fay no calls or emails has been recieved , and if my policy lapses they will blame me , i am so dissapointed in this service i am recieving its been almost 5 years and i am gatvol now i am awaiting assustance to pay my 1 month outstanding amount and yet no calls or responses , they sent me a survey to rate someone that has not even contacted me .
