Pathetic customer service
I sent an e-mail to Santam on 10 May 2023. I received an acknowledgement on 10 May 2023 advising that their turnaround time is 8 business hours in which someone would contact me. I followed up on e-mail on 15 May 2023 and to date there has been no response from Santam.
