Pathetic Call Back Service
Phoned for a car insurance quote on the 23rd of March already. The agent said that someone would phone me back or email. I am still waiting for a call back or email with the relevant quote.<br> <br> This is not the first time they said they would phone back and didn't. Please DON'T tell your clients you will phone back if you NEVER do!!!
