Pathetic Business insurance division

<p>Goodday</p> <p> </p> <p>I've been waiting and waiting for my business insurance quote for over a long time and I have not received anything as yet, I have made numerous calls to santam on my cost, this is what happens I hold on for a long time, sometimes I get cut off, forgive me if im getting so impatient that I’m actually thinking of going to another company, as santams business insurance division really sucks!!! How long does it take to have quote sent?? Every time I called in, I get asked who did I speak to, I don’t remember the name , then I get asked was it a male or female, when I say female, they transfer my call , which just rings and rings , eventually they take down my details and no one follows up!! Really disappointed with this, the person who did the quote doesn’t even follow up if the customer received it or not??
