pathetic

my car was ****** a month ago. Santam only sends a consultant 3 weeks later. When the claim does finally go through it comes to my attention I have to pay excess of 7000 being suprised as I knew there was an excess I find I am paying a compulsory excess (understandable) but on top of that a theft and hijacking excess. Really I am being charged double. It was my car that was ****** and I pay every month as required but now that I need to claim there are loop holes and ****. I WILL be moving my household and car insurance. So will my in laws who recommended that we use santam as they are the best blaa blaa blaa, as well as anyone I can convince ( and i am a very convincing person). Santam is supposedly the best insurance..... pffft.....
