Pathetic

I've submitted a 3rd party claim, your client caused the accident which i could not avoid. Now I'm being told that 20% of this accident is my fault. Then my quotes get adjusted by your assessor, he calls the panel beaters and says he can get the parts cheaper in Johannesburg and courier it down. Then your assessor submits his quote which is now suddenly 12k more than my quote which he brought down and 20% of the assessors quote gets deducted from my payout. What bull **** is this.
