Palesa the Superhero

I have rarely felt so at peace with someone taking on to assist me and actually do the effort of being by my side through every step of the way.

I had a rogue broker that took on my profile and completely started ruining my profiles. This was an utter mess and the rogue broker still has to answer any email I send.

This would have resulted in my paying for two policies, and him refusing to cancel his policy on my name for R600 more than my original deal.

On every occasion that I spoke to Santam I vehemently refused the changes that the broker never even discussed with me. And yet the broker forced his way and had my policies supercede my authority.

Palesa has aided me after I was completely at a loss and started feeling that I may as well get myself cover at another company and reversing fees until my vehicle cover lapsed.

He still has not cancelled my policies and have not done anything to correct the situation at hand. Palesa assisted in having this cancelled and my original policy reinstated.

To me this has re-kindled my belief in my fellow humans.

Palesa is a hero and should be hailed as such, I seriously mean no other person called me back daily. Palesa does this even after she is back from study leave.

This is not just commitment, I see it as someone that will truly go far in life.
