Pain in the ass

Ppain in the ass. I'm claiming as a third party because their client bumped my car now Im asked to ask my insurance for a no claim letter and prior to that they sent me from pillar to post and not even answering my emails. Why must I ask my insurance that - I'm not the wrong party here. This is draining and their trying to avoid paying but requesting all these nonsense. Welcome is very rude no customer service whatsoever.
