Overly priced insurance

<p>I got quoted R1700 for a Chevrolet Spark. That's almost the car installment. All just because of my age which is no justification. I work hard for my income yet I'm penalized for being 21. How can we as young working people get ahead if we're penalized by age? Older friends of mine pay R600 for the same car which I why I contacted them in the first place. </p>
