Overcharging of pensioner

I logged a request via Santam call centre for a review of my aunt policy that jumped from R224 a month to R307 a month after she submitted a claim for a R500 DSTV decoder. She is a pensioner / widow and this huge jump a month for pensioner that receives a government pension is ridiculous for 1 claim made since the inception of the policy.<br> Today I received the following from Santam:<br> \Good day
