Overcharge on Premiums

Hello. I called Santam today and was informed by their consultant that I will be having an increase in my premium which I took out 4 years ago and I have had a 101.88% increase from then to now. I found this totally unacceptable and was informed by them that they will review it. I asked why?. This is unjustifiable. For this year alone from the 01/03 I will have a 28.58% increase. Are we going to accept these increases. No. We must not let them walk all over us as they please. We must take them to task
