Over one month and still no claim payout

<p>I had my car broken into on the 9th of march. the claim was logged on the very same day and all replacement quotes were submitted by the 14th of march. After a week i had heard nothing so I followed up only to find that my claim had been sent to an assessor in Johannseburg who sent it back to an assessor in cape Town. After another week I Finally heard from my new assessor who had to make a plan to get my claims card. He was prompt to try and deliver it but as i wasnt available to collect it and he got lost I had to wait another 3 days to get the card. Over 3 weeks after my claim was sent in I finally got my card which has after 4 days still not been loaded with my settlement amount. </p> <p> </p> <p>This card and your turnaround time are a joke. After 4 weeks I have started replacing items myself. I will eventually receive a card with money loaded which I feel I should be able to use for what ever I feel fit as i need to now replace funds in my bank account already used. </p>
