Over a month since a claim was logged and no progress

I lodged a fire claim on my body cooperate policy on the 9th of February 2020. To-date nothing has been done to fix the damage to my house. The assessor has submitted her report to Santam pending a body cooperate enrollment report which NHBRC has indicated that they are unable to provide a reprint of this certificate at this point due to system problems. Myself and the BC trustee have requested Santam to continue with the claim as NHBRC has not disputed the existence of this certificate, it is only system problems that are delaying the reprint of this. Furthermore, the contents of an enrollment certificate will not have any effect on the outcome of the claim, so there is no reason why it should stop them from processing the claim. It's been over a month of frustration with Santam. I would not recommend Santam to anyone. What a horrible claims experience.
