OUTSTANDING SERVICE,DURING A TIME OF NEED

I must be lucky,but say as it may be,im very,very satisfied with the service ive received from Santam Insurance for the past 13 years. Ive never been let down,nor disrespected. From the staff who handled my policy applications,to the staff members handling my claims,which are very,very few. Yesterday 21 December 2024 we had a tyre burst on a deserted road. After lodging the claim,untill help arrived,we were kept informed. It was just outstanding and we were treated with dignity. So thanks Santam for giving my family that peace of mind that we are not just another client family,but our interest comes first.
