Outstanding Service once more by Santam

Good stories are worth sharing, especially during uncertain times in our beloved South Africa. I contacted Santam regarding my policy. One of the agents I dealt with on Friday strived so hard to resolve the issue I had contacted them for. When I got home later that day, I began to reason with the resolution and decided to contact Santam again today, and was so impressed with the final resolution to the issue I had. She took the initiative to escalate my issue through the appropriate channels, which resulted in an agreement that truly left me smiling, both personally and financially.
