Iwould like to publicly recognize Matebogo Ntseoane for the exceptional service she provided while assisting me with my transition from Santam Switch to Santam Direct.

Before speaking to Matebogo, I had several calls with other consultants who repeatedly told me that I had missed the window of opportunity to transfer. This was extremely frustrating because I never actually received the email that was supposedly sent in December, it had unfortunately gone to my spam folder. Despite explaining this, none of the previous consultants were willing to assist or explore possible solutions. It honestly felt like the attitude was simply, “we sent the email, so it’s not our problem,” and the matter was quickly closed without any real effort to help.

Then I spoke to Matebogo Ntseoane, and the experience was completely different.
