I recently joined Santam Insurance and firstly I was very happy with the service that they offered. Unfortunately I had to claim for new keys for my vehicle. Isherene Dyssel from Santam kept me informed the whole time and after submitting the documents, she provided feedback within 4 hours. That is absolutely outstanding.
