Outstanding service

Firstly I have been with Santam house hold insurance for as long as I can remember. Recently I have had a burglary at home and I submitted my claim. A gentlemen by the name of Tasleem Bester (Very professional, Calm, polite and punctual) called and took me through the claims process and in less than a week my claim was approved, card sent to me. I have never had so much peace of mind and confidence on insurance but after this experience I am moving my car and other insurances to Santam. We do not need additional stress when things like these happen in our lives and this was a stress free process.
