Outstanding claim

Santam car insurance ' s client collided onto my car. They admitted liability. All of a sudden they send me wrong quotes when I enquire I am send from Pilla to post. The incident have about 4 months but they are very *****. I would like to warn everyone who deals with them to take extra care. I complained to the manager Mary Ann and suddenly Anita was removed from my case. I received the quote with the right amount after lengthy complaints viag e - mails and after I threatened to sue their insured client. I know that I may have to wait for another 6 months or so for the payment after I submitted everthing they requested from me . So also be careful when you seek insurances. Look for a reputable insurance company and not a perceived reputable company.
