Outrageous Santam Claims Experience

I am writingbthis great dismay and disgust, on the 4th of June a santam client rear ended my vehicle on Garsfotein road in Pretoria East, however Santam rejected my 3rd party claim sighting I abruptly cut in front of their client, which was the direct cause of the collision. They noted that this falls within the recognised exceptions to the general “rear-end” principle.

What I fail to understand in this matter is, the area where the incident happened had a lot cameras, No effort was made by Santam to retrieve any footage that would show that I didn't abruptly cut them in, this an undesirable business practice, for a company that is known for good reputation and fair claims this is highly outrageous, The most honorable thing for Santam to do at the moment is to review the claim and assess the statement made by their client vs want they get from the footage on the noted road, I have an accident report that clearly states what happened under oath of what transpired
