I really commend the way she handles claims and managing the process, if update is requested she gives update, if you don’t get hold of her on phone and send email, she comes back to you with an update, if she rejects a claim she rejects there is no dragging and no false hopes, I really commend her work, #Cathleen May Regards, Thabang
