once again Santam and its brokers fail to deliver

After posting my story on hellopeter over a months ago. Santam responded and requested to be given time to investigate the matter. i was very happy when they later sent me an email confirming that they will fix the engine of my car exactly five weeks ago. they said the broker will be in touch regarding settlement. however never contacted me for weeks, i was the one calling them every other day to make follow ups and each day they would just say they will call me and never did. i made Santam aware that admin focus is not responding as the had promised and all they did is email admin focus and told them to be in touch with me. on monday this week someone called me and told me that admin focus will be in touch within the next 48hours and until now i have not heard from them. despite the promise i got from Santam that my car will be fixed im still being sent from piller to post and not getting any service. i am very angry and highly disappointing by the treatment i am receiving. i find it particularly disrespectful that i can be promised something and raise my expectations then people dont live up to their promise.
