On the 23rd June 2025 around 18:30 I got bumped while parked and the guy that bumped me left the scene and after tracing and getting hold of the company they referee me to their broker and after submitting everything I was advised that assessor will be appointed within 48 hours ,it is over 2 weeks and on the 3rd week and no one gets back to me . Mind you my front tyre is damaged and on run flat .Contacted Santam to at least prioritise my claim as I am unable to do my usual duties as it is risky to drive with damaged tyre worse with the potholes on our roads and no one seem to be caring. Their client is fine and they do not care about me when I am being inconvenienced by their client .
