On the 16th of April 2026 my family members experienced multiple damage to their house in their new building development due to the road works in AZ Berman Mitchells Plain. Complains was submitted and a reference number was given Claim No: *** . All the required documents was submitted and till today no feedback from the Insurance. Although telephonically and via *** this was agreed upon on the 15th September 2026, still the insurance failed to respond with all communications, the Diergaardt family had to reach out all the time since this situation transpired, and my Uncle that's a pensioner and looking after my Aunt is ill treatment towards them.Santam can do better and we hope this matter will be resolved soon.
