On Friday I was told by the accessor that the service provider will contact by end of business day

On Friday I was told by the accessor that the service provider will contact by end of business day. However the accessory from Santam calls me today at 11:32AM and her name is Claudine Khumalo from Santam. She says she will like too arrange too meet at my house tomorrow at 1:30pm. I stated I work monday-Friday and only finish at 4pm. I then requested if we could meet near my work address she tells me that they cannot meet anywhere other then the home address too discuss the claim. Honestly what bull**** is this? I cannot leave my job just too meet the accessor at my home. Why can't they meet me at my work place? Santam accessors keep making excuses just too not approve the claim. First was the accessor Abdul- Lateef Jacob's now its the accessor Claudine Khumalo who is giving me stories. For the past 1 week I am running around with them from pillar too post.
