Im extremely dissapointed in the poor service received.. we now waiting 4 months for this claim to be paid. You said one of the consultants will call but till now nothing yet. I will make sure that i put this on all social platforms how poor ur services is and i will refer this to the OSTI. If i do not get a call before end of business today i will refer this as it is now more than 7 days that we waiting for ur call back. That Tlhalefo Kenosi does not respond to any of his emails which is extremely bad
