During the week I received a notification from Santam about an escalation in monthly premiums to insure my property. I was not satisfied and contacted Santam. Nicholas , the consultant who took my call was courteous , professional and committed to a resolution. Within the hour , I received an official notification from Santam that my premiums were revised and an invitation to continue my policy on terms more favorable than the present. I am delighted !
