Oh Santam my darling, you have won with these 2: Zikhona Baba and Boitumelo Nkomo. I took out my car insurance policy from Zikhona and further amended it with Boitumelo. Very calm ladies, you feel heard and valued from “Hello” they thoroughly go through info with you and check understanding before moving on. They don’t get tired of back and forth or holding while you dig through your stuff. Attentive to detail and very respectful. They create a “safe space” if I may put it that way so you can be free so say and ask without feeling like a nuisance. We need more ladies like these in call customer service spaces.
