Santam is so amazing. I have been with them for a while now and I am the happiest customer and would never change. So last year when I called about a query, the lady offered to decrease my premium. I was so happy because she just offered without me asking and told me to call again this year after April. I did not call back and to my surprise 🫢 they have decreased my premiums again.
