Now I get ignored when I request clarification for what they ask

<p>This review's purpose to to just highlight that Santam client service is also not great. First their policies do not take into account anything defined outside their world view and now, when I want to get a very expensive item insured further. They ask me to do something to do something that makes no sense, so I asked for more information. No response.</p>
