Not willing to decrease premium slightly to keep my business

I recently added a new vehicle (Hyundai Venue) onto my policy that replaced another vehicle on the policy - The price was much higher than any other insurance company, but I had to get the car insured before collecting it from the dealer. I then emailed Retentions to ask if they can match the price I got from another company. The asked that the quote needed to be in the policy holder's name (my name, not my wife's name) - so I spent 22 minutes on a call with another insurance company to get an official quote and the price for both of my vehicles came in A LOT cheaper. I then emailed the quote to Retentions twice, but they keep on coming back with the same reply, that it needs to be in my name - which I'm not sure why as my name is on the front page of the quote. I really would like to keep my business with Santam, as I have 2 vehicles, household, personal items and building insurance with them, but if it's going to so much more expensive then I will be forced to take the entire policy somewhere else. Please can you assist me.
